Getting There

Direct flights to Umbria (Perugia Airport - PEG) depart from various locations around Europe. However, flying into Rome, Florence, or Milan and then renting a car or taking a direct train from one of these stations to Umbria's regional capital, Perugia, is the easiest option and offers the most flexibility. It is a 2.5-hour train ride from Rome or Florence, or a four-hour train ride from Milan. Once in Perugia, rent a car to drive to the Borgo (~45 min) and/or explore the region.
Don't want to rent a car? Let us know in your RSVP and we'll arrange a shuttle from the Nocera Umbra train station (15 min from the venue; 2 hour train from Rome or 3 hours from Florence. Note that car rental is not available at this station).

Accommodations

We have rented out the Borgo as our exclusive venue and accommodations for 3 nights. Payment for accommodations will be made directly to James and Erin ($575 per person / $1,150 per couple; payment details provided upon RSVP). All meals and drinks during your stay are covered by us, with the exception of any optional activities you may choose to participate in (e.g., wine tasting, pasta workshop, bike rental).

Where is the Borgo Located?

Borgo Castello Panicaglia is located in the Umbria region of Italy, and is easily found on Google Maps.

What will the weather be like?

September in Umbria is usually pleasant and warm during the day (70s-80s), cooling off a bit at night (50s-60s). Rain is rare, but can happen. We recommend checking the weather forecast for Umbria (Nocera Umbra) before you depart. Most wedding events will take place outdoors.

What should I wear?

Most events are summer cocktail or casual attire. Please see the event schedule for details.
Don't forget to bring your swimsuit for the pool!

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, please note that all wedding events are adults only.

How do I book a room?

You don't! We have already rented out the Borgo for our exclusive use. Just make sure to RSVP and Venmo/Paypal James & Erin for your accommodations (details in RSVP form). Your room details will be shared upon arrival.

How do I RSVP, and by when?

Click the 'RSVP' button at the top of this page. We ask that you RSVP no later than March 15th. If you already know that you will/will not be attending, please RSVP now! This helps us a ton with planning.
